It’s only been a few weeks since we had our 100th Drabble posted but now we’ve had that number doubled. The lucky writer of the 200th post is also our newest author; Pearl (Bea) Cannon.
Yet again, many thanks to all our authors for making Drablr a great place to discover fantastic 100-word fiction. The next milestone is 500….who will it be? Continue reading “Double Trouble: Our 200th Drabble”
This week we had a tie on number of votes between Jason Mott and Bryan Thomas, but Jason came out as winner due to the additional Facebook/Twitter/Google+ likes he received…better luck next time Scribbler.

Although Ken was one of our earliest members this is only the second Drabble he’s posted to Drablr – but it’s a classic! I only wish he would write more!

Jason is one of our newest Drablrs and it’s been a pleasure to read his work. Don’t be fooled by the title of this one, it’s not just children that should be afraid!
So far Jason has only written seven drabbles, but I for one hope he writes more soon. Check out more Drabbles from Jason here. Continue reading “Drabble of the Week #44: The Boogeyman Is Real”
Bryan certainly has a unique style of telling Drabbles and although sometimes he is perhaps a little too edgy, this one is certainly _classic_ @scribbler.
If you like your stories to have a _mean streak_ in them, then go check out more of Bryan’s Drabbles. Continue reading “Drabble of the Week #43: Bad Dad”
Tony is one of our most prolific writers and often posts a top quality drabble. This is his 30th Drabble and it is a cracker!

This week I’ve started a new promotion for our authors by running a Drabble of the Week. Each Monday I check to see which Drabble has received the most votes for the previous seven days and I will then promote that here on the blog, along with promoting it on the Drablr Twitter account, Facebook, and Tumblr pages.
When there is a tie in votes, I will tot up the Facebook/Twitter/Gooogle+ likes, and in the event there is still a tie, I will checkout the analytics to see which Drabble received the most page views.
So, without further ado… Continue reading “Drabble of the Week #41: The Killer”
This week saw Drablr receive its 100th Drabble!
